Shropshire Plaster Quotes

Real work only

Recent jobs

This page is empty, and that is on purpose.

Why there is nothing here yet

This service is new. We have not matched enough jobs to fill a gallery, and the alternative — buying a set of stock photographs of anonymous smooth walls and captioning them "recent project, Shrewsbury" — is the single most common lie on trade websites.

It is also a lie that is easy to catch. Reverse image search takes about four seconds. If we would fake this, you would reasonably wonder what else we would fake.

What will go here

As genuine matched jobs complete, each one gets a page carrying all of the following. If a field is missing, it will be missing rather than invented:

Finished-room photograph
Wide, in natural light, showing the actual result.
Close-up in side light
This is where a plastering finish is either good or it is not.
Before image
Where one exists. We will not stage one afterwards.
Service and town
What was done, and roughly where. Never a house number.
Month and year
So you can see how recent it is.
What the problem actually was
Written from the job notes, not from a template.
Preparation and finish used
The part most galleries leave out and every plasterer cares about.
Approximate duration
Only where we know it accurately.
Customer review
Linked to its source where possible.
Which business did the work
Attributed. They did it, not us.

What we will not do

  • Use stock photography and present it as completed work.
  • Reuse a manufacturer's or supplier's product images without labelling them clearly.
  • Publish a customer's photographs without asking them first.
  • Show a house number, a vehicle registration or anything else that identifies an address.
  • Write a case study for a job that did not happen.
  • Add review star markup for reviews this page does not genuinely display.

If we have just done work for you

We will ask before publishing anything, and "no" is a perfectly fine answer that changes nothing about the job. If you are happy for the work to appear here, photographs taken in daylight from a few angles are ideal, and we will crop out anything that identifies the property.

In the meantime

Judge us on the things you can check right now: whether the process is written out honestly, whether the form is quick to fill in, and whether the service pages tell you something useful about your job rather than repeating a keyword at you.
